A queen-size bed, a sofa bed (60x 80) that sleeps 2, and a sofa bed for two persons. Have also an extra folding mattress to accommodate an extra person.
=COOKING POLICY=
Cooking is allowed in this unit.
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a rice cooker.
After using the kitchen, please wash all the dishes and kitchenware.
Please dispose your garbage properly.
The kitchen is for light cooking only. Light breakfast such as sausage, ham, soup, and pasta are allowed.

Strictly no pet is allowed.
=SWIMMING POOL=
@ The mini pool is closed on Monday for maintenance.
@ All guests have free access to the swimming pool.
@ Please wear proper swimming attire.
=PARKING=
Front parking only. Park at your own risk.
==RESCHEDULING POLICY=
We collect a ₱1000 rescheduling fee for any rescheduling 5 days within your date of arrival. You may also transfer to your friends or family.
Guest access
Check-In/Check-Out
We will welcome you personally upon checking in to hand over the keys and to provide you with an orientation of the facility.
Normal check-in time is from 3 PM to 9 PM. Should you arrive later than 9 PM, please let us know in advance. We can arrange self-check-in.
We charge a replacement fee of ₱1000 for lost keys.
Check out time is strictly at 1 PM.
