Muggle Stay ("we," "us," or "our") operates a short-term villa rental and staycation booking service in Tagaytay/Silang, Philippines. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information submitted through our Google Ads lead forms and related inquiry channels, and how you can request that we delete your information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you submit an inquiry through our Google lead form, we collect: full name, email address, and phone number. We do not collect payment information through the lead form. Booking payments are handled separately through our official booking channel (Airbnb).
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to respond to inquiries about villa availability, pricing, and booking details; to contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding your requested stay; to send booking confirmations or follow-up info you requested; and to improve our guest communication. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use lead form responses for ad targeting or measurement beyond what Google discloses at submission.
3. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Leads submitted through Google Ads lead forms are stored within our Google Ads account, accessible only to authorized Muggle Stay staff. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We retain lead information only as long as reasonably necessary, unless you request earlier deletion.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our lead forms are hosted and delivered via Google Ads (see Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy). Bookings are completed through Airbnb (see Airbnb's Privacy Policy: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2855).
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected] or message us on this page. We'll respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through our lead forms.
