Guests must check in any time between 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check out at 12:00 noon at the latest. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of security deposit.
2. PETS
Pets are not allowed in the property. Penalty of PHP 10,000.
3. ANTI-NOISE POLLUTION LAWS
Guests are required to keep and maintain noise at a minimum between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. If there is a noise complaint, fines will be collected from the security deposit.
4. HEADCOUNT
Strictly only registered guests are allowed. Maids, drivers and other employees are also included in the headcount. We accommodate up to a maximum of 27 pax.
5. GENERAL RULES
Please dispose your trash properly by segregating them in the kitchen. Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the house and rooms. Please return items after use. Please do not move or rearrange our furniture. Please turn off the lights and the faucets when not in use.
6. POOL RULES
No diving/running/pushing. No foods/drinks are allowed in the pool area. No bringing of glass or fragile items in the pool area. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk! Please wear appropriate swimming attire. Inflatable/portable pool is not allowed. Only checked in guests are allowed to use the pool. No rowdy parties, loud noises or shouting in the pool area between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
7. VISITORS
Visitors are not allowed inside the premises. Otherwise, there will be a charge of PHP 600 per visitor, and they will only be allowed up to 6 hours visit. If they wish to stay overnight, they will be charged PHP 800 instead.
8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Management shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
9. LOSS AND DAMAGES
Management reserves the right to hold the guests liable for any damages and/or loss from the property and gardens. Management reserves the right to fine the guests until the full amount for damages and/or loss has been repaid.
10. EVENTS, PARTIES, ETC. Gatherings and events set up are allowed only at the front garden area and the pool lounge area. Catering is not allowed as there is no available covered area. Decors if any should all be standees, nothing to fix/tape on the walls or floor to avoid causing damages on paints and floorings.
11. ADEQUATE DISCLOSURE
We have the right to fine guests who do not disclose their intention for staying in the property, the number of people staying overnight and other instances of non-compliance to rules. We reserve the right to deny entry, or to require guests already checked in to leave the property, without refund or
compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. Management shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the premises. Management reserves the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above Terms, Conditions and Rules without prior notice.
