As we want you to enjoy your experience of your staycation, please follow the property rules:
a. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN CHECK OUT TIME. (early check In Is subjected for the
approval of the owner and there will be an additional fee of 200php per hour).
b. All furniture should be returned to its original location.
c. Guest Is RESPONSIBLE to bring all the GARBAGE BAGS to the lower ground floor near the
guard house.
d. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in the cabinet before you leave.
e. Guest will be charged an extra fee for any stained towels and linens.
f. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
g. Please take extra care of the keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
h. Please take care of the appliances, kitchen equipments, and furnishings. You have to pay for
any damages.
i. Strictly no pets allowed.
j. Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the premises.
k. We strictly prohibit cooking any kind of fish, dried fish, or any kind of tuyo. Please note, a
charge of P2000 will be applied If this rule Is not followed.
l. No loud noise, music or parties.
m. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
n. No unregistered guests allowed.
o. Notify the host 3 hours before your planned check out.
p. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
q. Lock all doors and windows before checking out.
r. Please return all keys to the owner before leaving.
s. Please remove your shoes Inside the condo unit.
t. Please do not unplug the Internet router.
u. Do not leave the faucets running.
