📢 camera rental update from sugar memoire

we would like to thank everyone who reached out, shared our previous post, and expressed their support regarding our unreturned camera rental unit.

as an update, we have already formally filed the necessary complaint and initiated the appropriate legal process regarding this matter. the case is now moving forward, and the necessary steps are being taken to assist in locating and recovering the camera unit, identifying the person responsible, and pursuing the appropriate legal actions available under the law.

while we remain hopeful that the equipment will be recovered and returned, we are committed to seeing this matter through and ensuring accountability for the losses and damages caused to our small business.

this situation has been difficult for us as a small business, but we are grateful for the support, encouragement, and understanding shown by our clients, friends, and community. your messages and assistance have meant a lot during this process.

for now, we respectfully ask for patience as the legal process takes its course. if anyone has relevant information that may assist in the recovery of the unit, please feel free to contact us privately. all information will be handled with strict confidentiality.

it is with great disappointment that we inform our community and valued clients that our camera rental units has not been returned in accordance with the agreed rental contract.

despite repeated follow-ups through calls, text messages, and social media, multiple reminders, and even an approved extension request, we have not received any response regarding the status or return of the rented equipment.

as a small business, every piece of equipment represents countless hours of hard work, savings, trust, and dedication to providing quality service. when rental agreements are not honored, the impact extends beyond our business—it also affects future clients who rely on our equipment for their important moments and events.

we have already initiated the appropriate steps regarding this matter. we are currently coordinating with the appropriate authorities as we pursue the recovery of the unit. while we remain hopeful that the individual involved will do the right thing and return the equipment, we are committed to exhausting all available remedies to protect our business and the trust placed in us by our customers.

if you personally know the individual involved, have information that may assist in locating the rented item, or have experienced a similar situation, kindly send us a private message. all information shared will be treated with strict confidentiality.

we would also like to advise our current and future renters that there may be temporary adjustments to our booking schedule while this matter is being resolved. affected clients and upcoming renters will be updated accordingly regarding the availability of this unit.

our goal is simple: to recover the equipment, uphold accountability, and continue providing safe, reliable, and trustworthy rental services to our community.
