FAQ 📌

1. What are your room rates?

// Our room rates are pinned in our page.

2. How much is the breakfast?

// We have separate breakfast rates per room type. This rate is inclusive for all guests in the room.

3. What time is check-in & check-out?

// Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 NN

4. Is there required down payment before arrival?

// Yes. We require all bookings to be made online and with 50% downpayment. Full payment can be made during the stay.

5. What is your cancellation or refund policy?

// To ensure free cancellation anytime, we have a ₱350.00 fee per room. Otherwise, same-day cancellations are subject to only a refund of 50% of the downpayment fee.

6. Do you have a swimming pool?

// Yes! We have a spring-water swimming pool. Pictures are available on our FB page.

7. How much per extra person per room?

// We do not allow overbooking or extra beds. Each type of room has a maximum amount of guests.

8. Is there corkage-fee?

// No corkage-fee. We have full-sized refrigerator in all rooms. You may bring food and drinks. But cooking should only be done in the guest kitchen.

9. Where exactly are you located?
