It is held at the highest peak of the island which is at Mount Bandilaan in the municipality of Siquijor. It's purpose is to promote local folk healing on the island which is patronaged by both locals and tourists.

Rodney Jumawan (Owner of Replica Manor) is a seaman providing for his family. But he has been devastated when he met an accident. Knowing that he will have to undergo treatment for eight months, he knew he will not be able to provide for his family. Aside from that, he will need money to fund his treatment.

Due to the unfortunate event, he has to spend his savings being a seaman to pay for his treatment. It had also been the source of money to provide for their needs as a family. All the money from his years of working as a seaman has been gone in just a glimpse. And with a little money left from his savings he, together with his wife Mary Ann Jumawan (Owner and Manager of Replica Manor) decided to invest in a business. They have allocated the lot Rodney’s father had given him. They have built a duplex apartment for rent and were able to sustain their daily needs.

Starting with two apartments, the business has grown. Thankfully Rodney has been able to be back on board two months after his treatment. As he was on board, part of his allotment has been allocated to expanding their apartment business. Later on, they converted it into a small hostel and named it “Replica Manor”.

Over the years when Replica Manor grew, Rodney has finally decided to retire from being a seafarer. He decided to help his wife manage their business. Also, he was able to spend most of his time to his family. As of today, Replica Manor is still growing. Because of Replica Manor alone, the proprietors were able to sustain their daily needs from its income.
