As we transition into Hilom Resort Siquijor (formerly Dondeezco Resort), we are expanding our family! We are looking for reliable, warm, and hardworking team members to join us as we gear up for our rebrand launch this October 2026.

We are currently looking for:

FRONT OFFICE LEAD: Handles Facebook inquiries, direct bookings, check-ins/outs, and guest relations. • Requirements: Computer/social media literate, languages Bisaya/English (Preferably local in Siquijor)

KITCHEN LEAD / COOK: In charge of kitchen prep, ingredient inventory, and cooking our new All-Day Breakfast menu. • Requirements: Cooking experience (short-order/breakfast preferred), highly organized, and maintains strict kitchen cleanliness.

F&B SERVER: Takes food & drink orders, provides table service, and maintains restaurant upkeep. • Requirements: Friendly demeanor, proactive attitude, and a strong team player.

Perks: Competitive pay, staff meals, and long-term growth opportunities as the resort expands.

"Breathe in, quiet down, live fully."

We are proud to introduce PROJECT HILOM (2026–2028)—a multi-year transformation of our sanctuary on Siquijor Island.

Rooted in the depth of its name, Hilom carries a dual promise: to heal (Tagalog) and tranquility (Visayan). It is our invitation to step away from the noise and embrace a slower, more intentional pace by the sea.

Here is a glimpse of what is awakening:

PHASE 1: 2026 — Awakening & Flavors 🌅

Eduardo’s Café: Your new seaside destination for all-day breakfast. Whether you need a savory recovery meal or a sweet start after a night out in San Juan, unwind right by the shore. (Full menu reveal: September 18, 2026)

New Grand Entrance: A fresh arrival experience welcoming you into the Hilom atmosphere.

PHASE 2: 2027 — Wellness & Sanctuary 🧘‍♀️

Active & Restorative Wellness: Featuring our Gym, Luxury Spa, and Pickleball Court. (mid 2027)

Hilom Restaurant: Elevated culinary experiences right on the water’s edge. (late 2027)

Hilom Retreat Rooms & Healing Garden: Designed specifically for family getaways and deep relaxation. (late 2027)

PHASE 3: 2028 — Life’s Milestones 💍

Event & Wedding Destination: Opening our doors as a premier venue for beachfront weddings and private gatherings. (early 2028)

Full Master Plan Completion: The complete realization of our site development plan.

Dondeezco Resort: We are still accepting bookings under the Dondeezco Resort name until September 20, 2026.

Hilom Resort Launch: Starting September 20, 2026, bookings officially open as Hilom Resort via Agoda and Booking.com.
