As female owner I built this Guesthouse and Pool in our barangay on our native lot, where me, my husband and son spend our holidays with our family and local friends since more than 20y ago and enjoy the barangay life, but also understand the hardship of living in rural area. We had the opportunity to build the guesthouse and pool during COVID times, knowing that many friends in the barangay commu

nities would like to celebrate birthdays or just spend time together in an affordable way. In recent years many good developments make a stay in this barangay of Sison possible. Starting with the dyke to protect from flooding, Mc Arthur highway road widening, more recently TPLEX with its Sison exit, PLDT glass fiber and concreted barangay access road. We are environmentally conscious and have 6.48kW solar grid and plan to expand in next year. We appreciate the local government with their continuing efforts to develop this area with its beautiful "chocolate hills" and river, that allows the people from Pangasinan and other provinces to enjoy a relaxing and affordable stay.
