Last March 5, during SLSU's 21st Charter Anniversary, Mr. Aljon Mendoza, dubbed as "The Shy Charmer ng Pampanga" and a special celebrity guest, and also Mr. Dio De Jesus, titled the Mr. Philippine Youth Tourism 2014 and Mr. Face of the Philippines 2015 and served as one of the esteemed judges, were present in the coronation night of Mr. and Ms. Southern Leyte State U 2025 at the Multi-Purpose Court (MPC).

While staying at the university, they were both catered to by Hotel de SLSU, offering them the best accommodations— comfy rooms, excellent amenities, and exceptional services to their liking.

LONG WEEKEND ALERT!

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 67 issued by the Office of the President (Malacañang), the University will implement a work-from-home arrangement and online/offsite learning modality on the morning of October 31, 2024. This aligns with the suspension of work and classes starting at 12:00 PM that day.

The work-from-home arrangement will enable employees and students to adequately prepare for the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
