Weekday rate:

Pavillion and Pool - 8,000PHP - Maximum of 150pax.

8am to 5pm
12noon to 8pm
2pm to 10pm

Weekend rate:

Pavillion and Pool - 9,000PHP - Maximum of 150pax.

8am to 5pm
12noon to 8pm
2pm to 10pm

**ADDITONAL FEES APPLY FOR EXTENDED STAYS**

Amenities:

- Free wi-fi.
- Spacious parking space that can fit up to 8 medium-sized vehicles.
- 50 chairs and 8 tables included in the hire.
- Videoke hire up until 10pm due to city ordinances.
- 1 house with 3 bedrooms, air-conditioned, kitchen and dining area with table and chairs and refrigerator.
- BBQ Griller
- Outdoor corner and his/her shower area
- Adult pool 5ft.
- Kiddie pool 3ft. Additional fee:

LPG gas and stove - 250php

**We require a 1000php deposit to secure your booking. This fee is non-refundable but can be applied on your next booking should you have to reschedule your event.**

• 🛏️ Three-bedroom house for your comfort and convenience
• ❄️ Refrigerator
• 🔥 BBQ griller
• 🍳 Outdoor kitchenette
• 🪑 Tables and chairs available for hire
• 🎤 Videoke — included with your booking and available until 10:00 PM only, in compliance with city ordinances
• 🔊 Bluetooth speaker available for hire
• 🚿 Male & female toilet and shower areas

💳 BOOKING & BOND

To secure your booking, the following payments are required:

• ₱1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit
• ₱1,000 security bond

The ₱1,000 bond will be returned after the event, provided that no damage is found during the post-event inspection. In case of any damage, the bond will be forfeited and applied toward the cost of the damage.
