BUTUAN CITY | July 21, 2026 โ€” The City of Surigao proudly emerged as one of the top-performing local government units in the Caraga Region after receiving three prestigious awards during the 2026 Joint Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF)-Caraga and Regional Association of Treasurers and Assessors Region XIII (REGATA XIII) Midyear Conference held at the Grand Palace Hotel, Butuan City.
