BUNZIE'S COVE HOUSE RULES

Standard check-in time is at 2pm, check-out time is at 12 nn. We currently do not allow early check-in as we have to sanitize and disinfect the units every after booking. Late check-out depends on availability and is subject to a fee of Php 500/hour. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation, the remaining balance should be paid upon check-in. The 50% deposit is no

n-refundable in case the guest decides to cancel their reservation, the reservation may however be rescheduled. Rescheduling should be made at least a week before check-in date. The pool and beach can only be used exclusively if guest made a reservation for the entire property. An incidental deposit of Php 1,000 is required upon check-in, it will be returned if no damages (ex. Broken glasses, lost towels) were noted by the caretaker.

Extra person charge is Php 500. Late checkout is not allowed at the property, if the guest decides to stay beyond 12 noon they will be charged for an overnight stay. We reserve the right to implement additional rules and regulations for the safety of everybody. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Ashtrays are provided in the outdoor area of the beach houses. Dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge, guests are required to wash the dishes before leaving the property. Service charge of Php 300 will be deducted from the deposit if left unclean. Speakers are allowed in the property but please keep the volume in tolerable levels. Children below 6 years old are free of charge. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No Karaoke is allowed in the property not unless all beach houses are exclusively booked (until 9pm only). There are no butlers or servers in the property, at the same time we have caretakers who could cater to your needs within office hours only (8:30am - 5pm). We are not responsible for any losses to property, injuries to person (slightly serious, serious or fatal) which may occur inside the premises of the resort. Patrons are enjoined to exercise extreme care and diligence to avoid losses, damages and injuries. No pets allowed in the vicinity.

• Main Villa: P10,500 ( Monday- Thursday); P13,500 (Friday-Sunday)
Their Main Villa is one of biggest features which is particularly known for the mural on its high ceiling. As you open the main doors, you can lounge in the couch taking in the great view of the ocean, and the pool. Perfect for the whole family or for your barkada trips as it is good for 10 pax.

• Lookout Beach House: P10,500 (Monday-Thursday); P13,500 (Friday-Sunday)
Their Lookout Beach House is one of their biggest features as this unit is directly facing the beach. It also has its very own pool, kitchen and shower room. This unit is good for 10 pax.

• Seaview Suite and Seaview Villa: P3,000
The Seaview Suite is facing directly towards the beach and is good for 2 pax.

• Apartment: P5,000
Another one of their units nearby their Main Villa is the Apartment. This is good for 5 pax..

• Bunzie’s Bar: P3,500
This unit is near Main Villa and it is good for 2 pax.

📌 How to get there?

📍 Exact location: Brgy. Muabog, Tabogon, Cebu — approx. 3 hours away from the city.

▶️BY BUS: Hop on a Tabogon Ceres Bus in North Bust Terminal going to Tabogon. Make sure to tell the conductor that you are heading to Bunzie’s Cove. Drop off exactly at the gate of Bunzie’s Cove.

▶️BY CAR: Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Bunzie’s Cove 2” in Brgy. Moabog, Tabogon. Parking space is available.
