As we announced our closure, numerous expressions of support flooded our page and the property, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Thank you for the 12 years we have spent together.
This decision was communicated to our dedicated employees, service providers, suppliers, and concerned government offices. However, we would like to maintain the privacy of the reason for this closure and kindly request your understanding during this time.

FAQ's:
• What will happen to your employees?
- All of our employees were given the option to continue their services in the other The Oriental hotels.
• Refunds:
1) Online Travel Agencies (OTAs): For bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), the refund will be processed by the OTAs. We request that you immediately coordinate with the OTA on how to claim your refund, as these bookings are not in our control.
(Requirements may vary depending on the T&C's)
2) Direct Bookings with the hotel: Kindly fill out the form for refund requests, and our sales team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. This form is only for those who booked directly with the hotel.

3) Gift Certificates:
GC's for The Oriental Leyte are transferrable to other sites and will be honored with equivalent value and benefits. These sites include The Oriental Legazpi, PROXY by The Oriental Albay, The Oriental Bataan, The Oriental Luxury Suites Tagaytay, and The Inns by The Oriental Bacolod. Guests also have the option to request a refund for their paid GCs.
