Pls. avoid early check-in and late check-out, so our caretakers (Ms Rhea/Sir Jovan) can have ample time to disinfect and prepare for our next guests. Included FREE-of-charge are:
a) drinking water from a hot/cold dispenser
b.) fresh bed linens and bath towels
c.) liquid handsoap, bath gel and shampoo,
d.) dishwashing liquid
e.) fresh ground coffee (Kapeng Barako from our local Mahogany Market supplier), creamer, and sugar.

2. Smoking and drinking are only allowed on the veranda/balcony. Please DO NOT smoke or drink inside, especially in the bedrooms.

3. We are a non-service facility. We would appreciate it if used kitchen items are washed and trash is thrown properly.

4. There is NO karaoke or swimming pool.
