As a celebration of life of Maria Socorro Arenas Avelino more popularly known as Coritha who peacefully died after a lingering illness at the age of 72 on Sept 27, 2024, a 1 day 1 night viewing will be held from October 5, 2024 Saturday afternoon to October 6, Sunday morning at Villa Demetria -Kuya Chito's place, Brgy Maharlika East, Tagaytay City.

Good news, biyaheros! 🌥️🚗 Your road trip to Tagaytay just got easier with the opening of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) Silang-Aguinaldo Interchange on 8 Nov 2023. 🌅

The 3.9-kilometre, 2x2 lane subsection is set to reduce travel time to Tagaytay and nearby towns by about 30 minutes! Additionally, passage is free of toll fees until further notice. 😉👌

Reminders lang po sa mga campers sa Villa Demetria, we allow you to bring your drinks/liquors but please know your limits. Hindi po dapat na may mangugulo or magkakaroon ng mga away kapag kayo ay marami na nainom. Quite zone na po ng 10 pm ang camp site.

Mapipilitan po kami tumawag sa kinauukulan kung kayo ay gagawa ng gulo.
