Parking

• Free parking for the first 3 hours on the commercial area with validation of receipt purchased from the commercial establishments
*Building is 1 to 1.5km away from the Clubhouse; If you need nearby parking, please inform us at least 5 days before your stay.
Important things to note:
• Unit is strictly for 4 guests only including kids and infants
• We only provide 2 towels per check-in
Other things to note
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Check-out time is strictly at 12noon
Early check in or late checkout is subject to availability.
Due to Covid-19 and curfew in the area, check-in beyond 5:00 PM is not allowed in the meantime.
Please prepare P1000 refundable security deposit upon check-in.
PARKING area is near the clubhouse, which is 600 meters away from Tower 4. There are shuttles going around from 9:00 AM-11:30 AM & 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM to give you a ride, just approach any Wind Residences attendants to assist you.
Always make sure that you lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for any lost possessions.
Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss.
We charge Php 1000 for lost keys.
