📍This charming house in Canyon Woods offers great views of pretty much everything: the mountains of Tagaytay and its environs, the golf course, the lake and its famous volcano. You will be awe-inspired by the drive to this lovely home. When outside looking in, we find this lovely house with prominent gables. Its white picket-inspired fence does a good job of framing the house, and keeping your dogs in. Inside, a Thai-inspired pocket garden greets us upon entering the premises. It comes complete with decorative bust and a small working fountain, providing water and moisture to the plants in the garden. Ample setback is observed and the property is surrounded by greenery. The first floor boasts of a continuous, open plan combined receiving area, living room and dining room that flows right into the kitchen. Big, clear windows allows light to flood the first floor, and beautiful curtains to control the amount of light coming inside. A comfortable day bed sits at the edge of big side window, and provides space for seating or lying while enjoying the views or sunshine from outside. The first floor has two rooms with en suite toilet & bath. The first room has been converted into a home office. The second one is meant for household staff and is accessible directly from the outside. At present, it has been converted into a laundry & stock room. The second floor has three rooms, one master bedroom, a junior master bedroom, and child’s bedroom. Each room has its own en suite toilet & bath, and each gorgeously appointed with a queen-sized bed, a comfy sofa and air-conditioning, should you need it. Most of the time, the environment is very cool and A/C is seldom needed. The junior master bedroom has a big terrace with a hammock-like sofa chairs best suited for additional relaxation. Our strict maximum capacity is for 15 persons only. The house is fully furnished.

Cooking is allowed. No need to bring pots, frying pans, plates, cups, forks. We have a grill outside if you want to barbecue but charcoal is not provided. Three clean towels will be provided, you may also bring your own if you would like. Water and electricity already included in the fees. Cooking and maid services are available upon request with minimal additional fees.

📍Rental fees are non refundable and we have a non cancellation policy, but transferrable, just inform us at least 1 day before your schedule regarding the changes such as the names of the guests/occupants as this is necessary to obtain the security pass for the visitors.
