In order to avoid inconvenience among other guests, please finalize your desired reservation dates before paying the downpayment. Please take note that Downpayments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, if you wish to change your reservation date/s, an additional fee of 500 pesos will be charged if rebooking will be made within three(3) days before your scheduled check-in date. Also, take note that Late check-in/check-out will incur a certain charge. This will serve as consolidation to our caretakers as well as to the next guests. Late Check-in (Applied after 7pm): 200 pesos
Late Check-out (Charged for every hour of extension): 150 pesos
