Taal Volcano exhibited five volcanic earthquakes including three volcanic tremors that lasted two minutes long, according to PHIVOLCS-DOST's 24-hour observation on Thursday.

The volcano’s alert level status remains on Alert Level 1 (low-level of unrest), and entry from Taal’s Permanent Danger Zones is still prohibited.

Possible hazards that can occur include phreatic explosions, volcanic earthquakes, minor ashfall, and expulsions of volcanic gas. (X/PHIVOLCS-DOST)
