Rules for guests booking
📌atleast 1-2weeks booking before the date of check in.
📌need 1000pesos downpayment per night (price may vary according to the booked dates) balance will be given to our care taker.(Ms. Cecil Noche)
📌security deposit of 1000pesos will be given also to our care taker.. And can be refundble upon check out.
📌downpayment is not refundable incase of guests cancellation..

House rules Guidelines
📌STRICTLY "NO SMOKING" 🚭 inside the unit.
📌Loud noise is prohibited.
📌light cooking only is allowed.
📌Unit owner/ caretaker is not liable in any loss or damage of guests valuable things..
