In accordance with Executive Order No. 243 issued by Hon. Agnes D. Tolentino, Mayor of the Tagaytay City Government - all Hotels are hereby mandated to close operations every Monday in light of disinfection and similar measures needed to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in Tagaytay City.

Sharing an update from PhiVolcs-DOST: As of March 19, 2020 8:00 AM, the Alert Level of Taal Volcano has been brought down from Alert Level 2 to Alert Level 1. Read more in the following bulletin:

BULLETIN: 19 Marso 2020 8:00 ng umaga
Pinapabatid sa lahat ng kinauukulan ang pagbaba ng alerto ng Bulkang Taal mula sa Alert Level 2 (pababang aktibidad ng bulkan) pababa sa Alert Level 1 (alangan pa ring kalagayan).

✅ Mariing iminumungkahi ng DOST-PHIVOLCS ang mahigpit na pagbabawal sa pagpasok sa Taal Volcano Island (TVI), na siyang Permanent Danger Zone (PDZ) ng bulkang Taal, lalung-lalo na sa palibot at loob ng Main Crater at ng Daang Kastila fissure.

✅ Ipinaaalala sa publiko na sa Alert Level 1, maaaring maganap ang biglaang pagbuga ng steam o phreatic explosions, volcanic earthquakes, manipis na ashfall at pag-ipon o pagbuga ng mga nakalalasong gas sa kapaligiran ng TVI.

✅ Pinapayuhan ang mga tao na mag-ingat sa paggalaw ng lupa na nagkaroon ng bitak (fissure), maaaring pag-ulan ng abo, at mahihinang lindol.

✅ Ang mga pamunuan ng civil aviation ay kinakailangang magpayo sa mga piloto na huwag lumipad malapit sa bulkan.

Ang DOST-PHIVOLCS ay patuloy na masusing nagbabantay sa kalagayan ng bulkang Taal at ang anumang pagbabago ay agarang ipararating sa lahat ng mga kinauukulan.

In light of the Presidential Declaration to mitigate the COVID19 pandemic, the entire island of Luzon has been placed on an Enhanced Community Quarantine from March 17 to April 14, 2020.

In compliance with this declaration, the entire Haven Hotel team including Tagaytay Haven Hotel Inc., Haven Hotel Ulat, and Salacia Beachfront have decided to temporarily cease operations and close down the hotels during the said community quarantine period. Currently checked-in guests may check-out on their arranged dates. However, we will no longer be accepting new hotel check-ins until further notice. Furthermore, hotel facilities such as pool, gym and whirlpool bath will be closed.
