We can accommodate upto 4 pax to give you comfortable and enjoyable stay with your family, friends or even spend your "Me" time.

Interaction with guests
--== On the Day of Check-in ==--
Caretaker will be meeting you at the lobby to have your name registered at the reception. Caretaker will be passing you the room key and will guide you where our cosy home is waiting. We expect that our guest will treat our home as their own and will take care of our property.
1,000 Pesos security deposit will be collected upon check-in which will be refundable upon checkout.
--== On the day of check out ==--
Caretaker will reach our unit on the agreed check out time. If there are any changes please inform us earlier to avoid any delay. Caretaker will help to check for any missing items and damaged property. If any, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit. You will receive your security deposit in full amount if there are no missing items and/or damaged property. Please give us some time to verify and kindly bear with us.
--== Booking Information ==--
We can accomodate 4 pax comfortably and if the main occupant wishes to invite additional member, each head will be chargeable at 500 pesos per night. Additional single bed foam will be provided.
1 night stay is minimum and we are giving discounts for the guests who wishes to stay longer such as weekly or monthly transient.

We will provide the following:

* Indoor slippers depends on # of guests
* Bottled water for 2 guests
