• Turn off the aircondition unit & other electrical appliances before leaving the apartment or when not in use.
• Only registered guests whose names are on the list are only allowed to enter the unit.
• Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and decorations found inside our unit.
• Dispose your garbage properly. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely.
• Do not Flush tissues/ napkins into the toilet bowl.
• Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P1000.
• Please don’t forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable to any loss.
