We will only be providing 2 towels per booking for free use, regardless of guest head count.
One roll Tissue,2 bottled water,twin pack coffee and twin pack shampoo will be provided per booking.
Kindly bring your own extra towels, tissues and personal toiletries.

Fronting Commercial Area - 20/hr. Plus 250 overnight fee
**GUESTS ACCESS**
Registered guests can access common areas, clubhouse and amenities. Use of amenities has minimal fees payable to the Admin.
You can also access the Sky Lounge for FREE located at the rooftop deck of Tower 3 to see the astonishing 360-degree view of Tagaytay and Taal Lake/Volcano.
Maximum of 2hrs for 5 guest only per day.
Amenities payable to Admin at Tower 2:
Swimming pool fee:
150 per head (regular day)
300 per head (public holiday)
*Max of 5 persons per day*
Basketball/Tennis Court: 200/hour
Badminton Court: 300/hour
Things to remember:
1. Switch off Aircon, Lights and other electricities if you are leaving and no one is staying inside the unit
2. No Smoking inside the unit
3. No Pets allowed
4. No Gambling and any illegal activities
*WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES*
5. Respect neighbours
6. Maximum of 5 guests per night
7. Throw the trash in the provided trash bin. Throw the full trash bag at the garbage room located at the opposite side.
8. Damages on the unit facilities, appliances, utensils, equipments and beddings including lost unit door keys are subject to damage fees.
9. Check out time is until 12nn only. Late Check out is subject for approval and charges
10.Late check in penalty after 7pm Php 100 per hour.
11.Late check out penalty after 12 nn Php 200 per hour.
12. If you have kids, please make sure no we**ee on bed and sofa.
13. Please take good care of the unit and be considerate to arrange things before checking out.
