Ibinaba na ang Alert Level 2 status sa Bulkang Taal, batay sa anunsyo ng Phivolcs ngayong Sabaldo ng umaga, Abril 9.

Matatandaang may naitalang phreatomagmatic eruption sa Main Crater nito noong Marso 26, habang nakapagtala naman ng 6 na mahihinang phreatomagmatic bursts nitong Marso 31, na siyang sinuri at nagresulta sa pagtaas ng Alert Level Status nito.

Kaugnay ng pagbaba ng Alert Level Status, pinapayuhan pa rin ang mga residente na malapit rito na manatiling mag-ingat at maging alerto sa anumang aktibidad ng bulkan.

Local businesses and tourist sites are STILL OPEN and there are no ash fall in the city. 💙😉
