FOGGY HEIGHTS VILLAS!Units for Rent on a Daily Basis:Compound style 2-storey villas / units with a common pool3 Units available for rent (Units B, C & D)
Published rate ........... P 5,000/night/unit(price subject to change without prior notice)Coverage: 8 pax, excess is Php 150/paxMaximum occupancy per unit is 12 pax only
Amenities:- 3 bedrooms (1 double bed in each room; all rooms with air-con)- 2 toilet & bath with hot/cold shower- fully furnished villa with veranda- sala, dining, kitchenette- ref, TV, microwave, instant water kettle heater- common swimming pool within the compound (about 50 sq. m.; good for 15 - 20 pax; 3 - 5 ft. deep)-
fee does not include breakfast- cooking strictly not allowed in the unit (but we have a separate kitchen which you may use - cooking charge is P 500/overnight stay. We have pots & pans provided in the kitchen provided you clean them after each use.)- food orders accepted (please specify if for breakfast, lunch or dinner and what time you want the food served; menu available upon request)
- you may bring your own cooked food (plates, utensils and glasses are provided in each unit)Others:Electricity Charges (if client will bring the ff. appliances):- rice cooker = P 350/overnight stay- dvd player, magic sing, playstation, radio, i-pod, etc. = P 200/overnight stay

* Prices subject to change without prior noticeAvailable for rent at Foggy Heights Villas:- Extra foam matress complete with bed cover, blanket & pillows available for rent (single bed - P 120, double bed - P 240)
- you may bring your own extra matresses (without charge)We also have a Karaoke Room for rent (separate room with air-con; located inside the compound; first come, first serve)- P 200/hr. (between 9AM - 6PM only)- P 1,800/overnight use (6PM - 9AM)

* Noise from the lessee & his companions should be minimized especially in the evening to give consideration to the subdivision neighborhood. Curfew hour is at 10:00PM. Any rough activities shall be called to attention and given warning. Anyone caught violating the peace & order of the community and the villa compound shall be reported to the nearest police station for proper action and shall be blacklisted from the villa & the subdivision.Note: Prices subject to change without prior notice.
