Please bring 2any legal ID to be given at the receptionist upon checkin, and returned upon checkout.

*** Lost Key/Keycard shall be charged P2000
*** Removed Key from the Keycard wallet will be charged P3000.

Please take good care of everything in our home as these will be yours also for the moment.
Our staffs will collect Security Deposit upon arrival (refundable upon checkout) is required to protect units from any unwanted damages, violations such as too noisy, caught hanging clothes on balcony, accompanying unregistered visitors, unreasonable damage/s of unit property, any other losses, etc. I'm sure, as guests place to be treated nicely, so no worries, it's a formality only.
• No pets allowed.
Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places you've seen them.

Guests can access the Clubhouse facilities:
-Swim/Resort fee voucher can be purchased to our staffs upon checkin. please be reminded that it is
NON-REFUNDABLE, if not used you can still avail it on your next visit.
-SMDC management will charge additional fee
P150/pax (regular days) P300/pax (holidays) for the use of swimming pool by the unit guest's.
-Basketball and tennis court are for Php200 per hour per session.
-Badminton Court for Php300 per hour per session.
There's a game room you can use for free.
Function Rooms can be reserved and used for a fee to be arranged at the admin office.

Clubhouse opens at 8am till 10pm only.

With the cool weather and the resounding tranquil scene of the Lake, our place is perfect for those who seek respite and reboot, away from the chaotic city life.

•Our unit is a minimalist space, end-unit facing amenities with partial view of the Taal Lake.
Located in the heart of Tagaytay City, guests can enjoy the convenience of dining, shopping and leisure around.

° THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING P
» Booking is good for up to 4 pax maximum including children/babies. However, amenities such as towels, pillows and linens, blanket hygiene kit, water and coffee will be provided for 2 pax only.

» Towel, blanket, pillows and linens, water, coffee and hygiene kit for additional guests will have an ADDITIONAL FEE per person.

» Parking space is available within the building for an extra fee of Php 250 per night (multiple entry). It is located on the lower ground level, few steps from the building elevator.

» Check-in time is between 2-5 PM. Guests may arrange for a late check-in (until 8PM only) for an extra fee of Php 200.

• Rice cooker, microwave (for reheating cooked food) and electric kettle are provided.
• Air purifier.
• Light cooking is allowed. Cook top and cook wares available.

» This is strictly a NONSMOKING PROPERTY.
Violators will be fined Php 3,000.00 and booking will be cancelled.

Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pool, however, the clubhouse collects Php 150 per head/ per day for unlimited swimming time. Pool is open from 7AM to 6 PM daily

» Lost key will be charged Php 500.
