To mr/ms Llanas group. First we want apologize if you felt uncomfortable with Nanay Daisy. We apologize if we blocked you and your group for bombarding our page. We heard you and we do understand where your coming from.

We apologize if the staff approached you at 10:21am on your check out because our houserules only allow until 10am to use the pool. As for your pet po, we - host have no knowledge about what happened since we didnt hear anything from you during your stay.

As for the cleanliness of our property we always take video with the guests during check in that we turned over our villa in good condition.

This post is just to address your claims of our property being uncleaned.
