Feeling athletes from the KEW Group of Companies Head Office staff turned into pickleball beginners one Friday evening when their usual volleyball court was nowhere to be found. Every Friday night, these hardworking folks enjoy regular sports activities, mostly volleyball and sometimes basketball at their favorite court. If that spot is taken, they switch to Zumba inside one of the function rooms at KEW Hotel Tagbilaran.
But a couple of Fridays back, even Zumba was impossible—no venue available at all. The sports organizers quickly explored options and decided to try pickleball since it is super popular right now. Luckily, the LABB Pickle Ball Court sits just near the Head Office, so they gave it a shot. To everyone's surprise, the staff loved it! They had so much fun that they came back the next Friday for another round.
What makes LABB Pickle Ball extra nice is the billiard table waiting nearby. While some wait for their turn on the court, others can enjoy a quick game of pool under the lights. The whole group laughed, sweated, and bonded like never before, turning a simple sports night into something new and exciting.
