This tidy, wholesome, peaceful, and quiet fishing enclave witnessed the historic landing of the Belgian Missionaries who founded Saint Augustine's School (SAS) long ago. BFI is the perfect stop-over for travelers North-bound to Vigan City, Laoag City all the way to Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte; and for those heading East via the Libtong junction road going to Cervantes, Sagada, all the way to Banaue where you could visit the famous Rice Terraces.
