🌸To our future renters, I would like to bring to your attention the importance of being mindful and careful when renting our sets.

Kimonos and yukatas are not cheap fabrics.
We have invested a significant amount of our savings to ensure the growth of our rental business.

Despite your rush to rent, we still make it a priority to deliver the sets to you. I truly understand your urgency and do our best to meet your renting needs.

However, it’s disappointing to see the sets returned with dirt, stains, ripples, odor/unpleasant smell, use of safety pins, and even staples. especially when no permission was sought. Such damages are not only disrespectful but also a setback for our business.

Therefore, I kindly request that you treat the rented sets with care, ensuring they are returned in the same condition as when you received them. By doing so, you will not only show your appreciation for the effort I put into this business but also help maintain the quality of the sets for future renters.
