Once again a number of individuals including real estate agents are using our photos to list on Airbnb and real estate sites. We would like to remind people that he photographs in question were taken by us and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). As outlined in the Code, unauthorized use of copyrighted materials constitutes an infringement of the owner's rights, which includes the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such works. We would ask the individuals involved remove the photos as we reserve the right to bring legal action against anyone who uses our intellectual property without our permission.

Be aware that we live in the Avant, we will find the real estate agents and individuals who are blatantly using our property and you can expect to be named on this site and all other sites we own; continued abuse will result in you being named in a court action.

A reminder to real estate agents - do your home work Avant Apartments At The Fort is NOT the same as Avant At The Fort the building. Stop geo-tagging Avant Apartments At The Fort.
Avant Apartments At The Fort does NOT use real estate agents to market our properties. Certainly not real estate agents who don't even get the basic facts right.

To individuals - Estate agents in the Philippines do nothing more than post photos on Facebook. They do not provide detailed descriptions of the property, they have no idea of true valuations, cost per sqm, rental yield, service charges etc. They do not have a database of renters or buyers. They do not have legal departments to help you with government paper work. Many do not have websites or even a work email. They are paid on commission. Any claim that they can get you a lower price than the market rate is false. At the end of the day you are still dealing with the property owner who is the person who will agree the price.

If you want to waste 10-100's K dealing with these people go ahead but if you want a fast, professional service then contact us and save time and money.
