Good Evening to all my Tenants,

I would like to inform everyone that Barangay Bagumbayan is asking for your kind consideration regarding our garbage disposal. Please be advised to wait for the garbage truck which will arrive around 9:00 PM, so we do not have to leave our trash piled out on the street. This is for our safety and to maintain proper hygiene in our community.

If you happen to forget to put out your trash or cannot wait because of your work schedule, please know that there are children in our neighborhood who can help you dispose of it. You may give them a small amount as appreciation for their help.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is done simply to keep our place clean, orderly, and pleasant for everyone.

🐶🐱 Activity: FREE ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION for all furbabies (dogs and cats)

This is a house-to-house project led by our Mayor Lanie Cayetano, covering MLQ Purok Dos area.

✅ Please take note of these reminders:

- Make sure you and your pets are available tomorrow so they can be vaccinated.

- Keep your dogs on a leash and your cats inside a carrier or secured properly for safety.

- Have your pets calm and ready before the team arrives.
​
- Ensure your pets are healthy and have no fever or illness before getting the vaccine.

As of 6:00 PM today, Tropical Storm {HAGUPIT} has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and was given a local name "CALOY"

At present, the TS "CALOY" has no direct effect on any part of the country. It also not affecting the weather conditions in Metro Manila, including the City of Taguig.

Over the next 24 hours, the City may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies.

Tropical Cyclone Bulletin will be issued starting at 11:00 PM today.

As we are in Fire Prevention Month, please take extra care to keep our property safe from fire hazards.

Here are important safety reminders:

1. Unplug electrical appliances and devices that are not in use to avoid overheating or short circuits.

2. Ensure cooking areas are kept clean and free of flammable items. Never leave cooking unattended, and turn off all cooking equipment after use.

3. Keep fire exits clear at all times and know the location of fire extinguishers in the building.
