My unit is located in Fort Victoria Tower B, Unit 908, 9th floor, offering a spacious 2-bedroom suite with a city view. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen and includes toys and games for children. Nearby attractions include High Street, Forbes Town, Mind Museum, SM Aura, and more. On the ground floor, you’ll find a laundry shop, 7-11, Gong Cha, and a facial clinic. Guests also enjoy free access to the pool.

Welcome to Bodhi Suite! We’re thrilled to have you stay with us. To ensure a comfortable and smooth experience, please take a moment to read through the following guidelines.

RATES:
Php. 5,000 - 6 pax
Additional Guest Php. 500
Maximum of 8 guest

1. Check-In/Check-Out
• Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM
Please let us know in advance if you need to adjust your check-in or check-out times. We will do our best to accommodate.

2. Communication
• I am available to communicate only through the Airbnb app for any questions or concerns during your stay.
• My on-site staff is available to assist you with any immediate needs. You can contact them directly:

3. House Rules
• No Smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• No Pets allowed.
• No Parties or Events without prior approval.
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins on the floor. Recycling is encouraged.

4. Safety and Security
• Always lock the door when leaving the unit.
• In case of emergency, please use the building’s emergency exits and call emergency services (Police: 911, Fire Department: 911).
• A first aid kit is located in the kitchen.
• Please do not leave valuables unattended.

6. Amenities
• Pool Access: Enjoy free access to the building’s pool. Please follow the pool guidelines posted in the pool area.
• Laundry: A laundry shop is available on the ground floor for your convenience.

7. Parking
• Pay parking is available in Tower B Basement. Rates are ₱50 for 3 hours and ₱250 for overnight. No reservation needed—pay directly at the parking entrance.

9. Check-Out Instructions
• Please return all keys/access cards to the designated location.
• Ensure all lights and appliances are turned off.
