PARINI TINGNI! Delegates and participants of the recently concluded Department of Tourism Parine Na Marinduque Cultural Development Caravan experienced the Morion Camp's immersive activities during their visit.

Among the hands-on experiences the guests enjoyed were wearing the historically inspired costumes used during the Santa Cruz, Marinduque GUNITA Lenten Parade every Holy Tuesday of the Holy Week to accompany the town's Moriones penitents, weaving buri baskets and crafts, trying their hands at crocheting and handpainting wearable art as well as checking out the town's known and emerging products and delicacies such as Rejano Bakery's arrowroot products and other cookies, Lina Manzano's panganan delicacy, Jasmine Peanut Butter, 3 Sisters Banana Chips, Sheila Querubin's Morion Cookies, and the various products developed by the Municipal Agriculture Office in partnership with local farmers and fisherfolk including the sought after Maniwaya Asin, salted eggs, and chili oil/flakes.

These immersive experiences will soon be available regularly at the Morion Camp and we look forward to collaborating with tour agencies and operators for guest bookings and reservations!
