Qualifications:
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar role (hotel experience is an advantage)
• Organized, friendly, positive, and patient with a professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond
• Customer-oriented with excellent service skills
• With sales and upselling skills (preferred but not required)
• Flexible with schedule and willing to work overtime if needed
• With pleasing personality and professional appearance
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, messages, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor and assist in inventory of front desk supplies
