From all of us here at Payag ni Lolo Iri, we pause today to celebrate the woman behind it all, our CEO, our leader, and honestly, our inspiration, Coach Aiza (Aizy) Borrel Molina.
Like the farm we tend and love, some people plant seeds that grow far beyond what the eye can see. You are one of them. Your dreams took root in quiet beginnings and have since grown into a canopy wide enough to shelter thousands, giving shade, giving hope, giving home.
It's not every day you find someone who can wear so many hats and still make it look effortless. From building StarLegends Adventures into a movement that has empowered thousands of Filipinos and OFWs to dream bigger, to nurturing Payag ni Lolo Iri into the warm, welcoming farm villa it is today, your vision has touched so many lives, ours included.
You are more than just our CEO. You are the pillar that holds this place together, steady like the old trees around us, unshaken through every season. You are the heart behind every decision, and the reason we get to be part of something bigger than just a job.
We've seen your dedication up close, from the early mornings to the late nights, from big dreams to small details, always making sure everyone around you feels seen and valued. And through it all, one truth you've taught us stays close to our hearts: "Teamwork makes the dreamwork." It is more than words to us now. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we carry your vision forward, together, one heart, one team, one dream.
So today, we celebrate you. Not just the CEO in Pajama, not just the Founder of StarLegends, not the CEO of Payag ni Lolo Iri, but the Coach Aizy who inspires us daily to work harder, dream bigger, and treat each other like family. May your light continue to guide us, the way it has since the very beginning.
