🌱 WE’RE HIRING: FARM MANAGER 🌱

LV Farm is looking for a reliable and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm in Tanay, Rizal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily farm operations and manpower
• Plan and monitor farm activities and schedules
• Supervise farm workers and ensure proper task ex*****on
• Monitor crops, livestock, equipment, supplies and inventory
• Maintain farm records and submit regular reports
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, safety and productivity of the farm
• Coordinate with Management regarding operational needs, expenses and improvements

Qualifications:
• Preferably with experience in farm management, agriculture, livestock or related operations
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Organized, responsible and hands-on
• Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions
