4. Guests must provide proof of previous booking (name, date, or screenshot).
5. Promo is not applicable to discounted packages or ongoing promos.

Dear valued guests,

We would like to inform everyone that as the summer season approaches, the water level in the river naturally decreases. This is a normal occurrence every year during the dry season.

However, guests can still enjoy their stay at Balai Andres Camping Site & Resort because we have three swimming pools available where you and your family can swim, relax, and enjoy the refreshing atmosphere while surrounded by nature.
