UPDATE AS OF MAY 1, 2020
In line with Tandag City Mayor Roxanne C. Pimentel's Executive Order No. 19 Series of 2020 signed on April 30, 2020, we will also be extending our accommodation aside from frontliners and essential workers needing temporary shelter, to (A) foreigners (B) guests with existing long term bookings, (C) distressed OFW's and stranded Filipinos and foreign nationals. Special rates will also be offered to these guests at Php 799/day. All other guidelines specified in original post below will still be in effect until May 15, 2020.

In compliance with our Provincial Governor Alexander T. Pimentel's Executive Order No. 19 series of 2020, placing the entire Province of Surigao Del Sur under General Community Quarantine with Modified Restrictions, signed on April 30, 2020, we will be implementing the ff. rules effective 12:00am of May 1 ,2020 to 11:59pm of May 15, 2020:
1. The resort/Inn will be accepting accommodations only for essential workers/frontliners who will be needing temporary shelter (Employees from essential industries such as health care facilities, banks, BPO's, exporters and other front line sectors)
2. Proof of employment/ company ID and a valid government issued ID will be required upon check in.
3. Social distancing, mandatory wearing of face masks at common areas, body temperature checks and sanitizing protocols will be strictly enforced.
Ocean Drive Inn gives its full support to our frontliners and essential workers for tirelessly serving the people of Surigao Del Sur at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. With this, we will be offering a special rate of Php 799/day on all our VIP rooms to all our qualified frontliners/essential workers who will be needing an accommodation on May 1, 2020 today 15, 2020.
