And that concludes your 600 hours of On-the-Job Training. You have worked across every department—from the Front Office and Housekeeping to the Restaurant, Banquet, and Kitchen.
​You have all come a long way, from your first day at orientation to our busiest shifts. Whether it was the detail-oriented work of GCF writing, the physical demand of carrying large trays, or the fundamental prep work in the kitchen, you handled it all with dedication.
​Everyone, it is truly a job well done. We are ending this training on a high note with today’s fun-filled culmination. We are also very proud to announce that we are officially absorbing six of our trainees into the team. We will conclude today with their formal contract signing.

While the crown is a beautiful symbol, for us Tandaganons, you were already a winner the moment you stepped onto that stage. It takes a special kind of bravery to put your heart on the line for your city, and seeing the passion you poured into representing Tandag was truly inspiring. You didn't just compete; you carried the spirit of Tandag with you in every step, showing the whole country what we are made of.

The effort, the sleepless nights (for sure), and the dedication you gave to this journey are what matter most to us.
