Thank you to everyone who remembered and greeted me on my birthday. There was no signal at the training site.
As I turn this age, i would like to share these life lessons i've learned through the years both of happiness and sadness.
1) our life purpose equates to our contribution to our society. I never would have thought in my wildest dreams that i would be blessed to walk the world in different shoes. I started as a student, a teacher, an engineer, a vice president of a prestigious school, a board member in our province, a vice governor, a governor, a congressman, a farmer, a trainer, an advisor, and an advocate.
2) our life purpose equates to the characters we've become. with so many shoes i have walked on, i realized what matters most are our family, our friends, our colleagues, our rivals and most specially our enemies. they will all teach us to be kind but stern, loving but not tolerant, generous and forgiving.
3) our life purpose equates to our mindset and our hearts desire. Because no matter where we stand, everything boils down to what you set your mind in and what you are passionate about.
4) our life's purpose equates to who we inspire, motivate, and what we value. at the end of the day, its simple. How many people have smiled because of you?
my life's journey has given me reason to fight, love, be kind and forgive but most specifically to have hope in people and faith in God.
i believe i have contributed a lot, that people around me will be proud of and have benefited from all my contributions. With this, i can proudly say my life has been good; God has been good.
