We apologize for not responding to individual messages as the hive admin is not yet allowing staycations or short stays. WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE LONG STAYING TENANTS WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 3 MONTHS.

🌸Hot and Cold Shower
🌸Airconditioned bedrooms with extra bedsheets and linens (2 queen size bed and 1 double size bed)
🌸With TV, Refrigerator and Washing machine
🌸Kitchen complete with Cooking and Eating utensils, pots and pans, Electric Stove, Microwave oven and other appliances.

Php 30,000 a month (3-5 months) exclusive of electricity, wifi and water bill
Php 27,000 a month (6 months- 1year) exclusive of electricity, wifi, and water bill
Terms: 2 months deposit and 1 month advance

Again, we apologize for not being able to respond to your individual inquiries. Due to the pandemic situation we are still not allowed to host staycation at the Hive residences. Stay safe everyone!

We apologize for not responding to individual messages but staycation are not yet allowed as per discussed with the administration of the Hive due to the pandemic state.

Due to our current situation we will not be able to host short term rent or staycation as per agreement with the hive management but we can accommodate long term stays min of 3 months.
