Regarding the situation you mentioned, since you arrived in a rented car, it was likely related to another guest at the time. As there are only a few reliable rental options in Taytay, Palawan, scooters can sometimes be fully booked, but we always do our best to arrange alternatives through trusted locals. We’re always happy to assist our guests in any way to ensure a comfortable stay.
