2.) Once the information has been provided we will entertain you immediately. Information that the Private Pool can provide are as allows:

3.) Once you are sure on the finalized date of your stay. A deposit of PHP 4,000.00 (For Daytour Slot) or PHP 8,000.00 (For Straight Slot/22 Hours) is required Reservation Fee/Down Payment upon your reservation. We will hold your slot at least within 24 HOURS while our maximum holding period of your slot is good for 3 days. If there aren’t any deposit made within 3 days JP & P Private Pool has the right to open the said SLOT.
4.) For the Clients inquiring the same dateor time. The 1st one to deposit of PHP 4,000.00 (For Daytour Slot) or PHP 8,000.00 (For Straight Slot/22 Hours) Reservation Fee/Down Payment will be acknowledged and that certain slot will be secured immediately be given to him/her. Send a deposit slip or screenshot of the bank transfer thru your Facebook Accountto be acknowledged as a proof there has been a transaction made.
5.) Mode of Payment:
A. Deposit thru BPI or BDO Bank.
B. Bank Transfer thru BPI or BDO Application available for ios or android.
C. You can pay directly thru at JP & P Private Pool located at Block 4 Lot 1 St. Judhiel Road, St. Michael Executive Village Brgy. San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal.
· Bank Account Number where to deposit is upon request thru Facebook/Pages Manager only.
6.) Once an amount PHP 4,000.00 (For Daytour Slot) or PHP 8,000.00 (For Straight Slot/22 Hours) Reservation Fee/Down Payment has been settled your desired slot for the certain date & time will be guaranteed secured & will never be given to anyone else. The remaining amount will be settled upon your stay.
REMINDERS:
· The deposit amount of Reservation Fee of PHP 4,000.00 (For Daytour Slot) or PHP 8,000.00 (For Straight Slot/22 Hours) down payment is strictly non-refundable in cases of cancellation, earthquake, typhoon, epidemic/pandemic, chaos, war and other fortuitous events.
· In case of change of schedule, a REBOOKING FEE of PHP 500.00 will be imposed. Kindly advice JP & P Private Pool at least 3-4 days before the said reservation so that JP & P Private Pool can have enough time to find guest interested on the certain date/schedule. Change of schedule is only & strictly allowed once. Otherwise your next Change of Schedulewill no longer be entertained and considered cancelled booking.
· For request of additional hour which isPhp 500.00, kindly inform JP & P Private Pool immediately regarding additional hour/s to make certain adjustments on the schedule. This certain request can only be entertained if there is no guest before or after your schedule.
· If the occasion is 3 days or less from booking, the down payment shall be given immediately, otherwise the reservation will not be made.
· You will be receiving our advanced copy of our Terms & Conditions. JP & P Private Pool will send a direct message thru your Facebook Account.
· You will be receiving reminders from JP & P Private Pool (3x) Threetimes before your stay thru Facebook & Txt Messages. (1x) One week before, (3x) Three Days before & the day itself. It is for us to promptly remind you regarding your scheduled booking/reservation with JP & P Private Pool.
· In case of sudden cancellation of reservation/booking due to unexpected circumstances, emergency, unfortunate events & the like don’t hesitate to tell us immediately. It is for JP & P Private Pool to have enough time to find clients interested to stay at the same date.
