Check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. GUEST EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK –OUT. All early check-in and check-out may incur minimal charge accordingly and must be co
mmunicated in advance, and or at least 24 hours prior to your expected departure and are based solely on room availability. PAYMENT AND RESERVATION. Payment in full must be done before check in. Reservation of 50% of the total amount to be computed is required for guaranteed reservation. Any reservation fee made online is non-refundable. Rebooking/Rescheduling made 7 days prior to arrival/reserved date/tour date will be free of charge but let us check first if your chosen date is still available. For any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to "Acts of God", including, earthquake, typhoon, and the likes of, will not be charged for any rebooking/rescheduling. Payment can be made in CASH or through ONLINE. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES. For everybody’s safety protection, bringing and FI****MS or FLAMMABLE MATERIALS, ILLEGAL DRUGS, SCREW DRIVER (TOOLS) are strictly prohibited. Likewise, illegal activities such as, but not limited to, all GAMBLING and PROSTITUTION are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police authority. SURRENDERING OF KEYS and LOST KEYS. Guests are required to surrender keys during check out. Please allow us to check room before leaving. In case of Lost Key, guest will be charged One thousand five hundred pesos (P1,500.00). DAMAGES AND LOSSES. Missing pillows, missing/stained linens, and other furniture and fixtures shall be charged accordingly. VANDALISM is strictly prohibited and appropriate actions shall be taken, such as but not limited to, filling of appropriate action against the registered guest/s. Should you wish to bring any of the items found in the room as souvenirs, kindly inform us so that we can bill you accordingly. ENERGY CONSERVATION. Management encourages you to conserve natural resources by reducing use of energy facilities. As means of energy management, please turn off the lights, electric fan and or aircon and bathroom fixtures when leaving the room. UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES. Guests are encouraged to wash off their feet or take quick shower outside before entering the premises. SMOKING AND EATING/DRINKING ALCOHOL. SMOKING and DRINKING ALCOHOL are strictly prohibited inside the room and even bringing them to the beach. Eating is only allowed at designated common dining areas. Loud music and producing of loud sounds are highly discouraged so as to disturb others. VIDEOKE is only allowed up to 10:00 pm. Pets are not allowed inside the premises. GUESTS’ BELONGINGS. Please remember not to leave bags and things unattended. Management is not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, documents and other guests’ belongings. KITCHEN. Free use of kitchen (including kitchen cooking utensils, refrigerator). CLEANLINESS. Guests are advised to observe cleanliness. Please put garbage into designated trash cans. Thank you.
