📍Location & Getting There
We're located Rose Brgy. San Juan right on MASASA Beach, offering stunning seafront views and breathtaking sunsets. It's a short 5 minute walk from the white sand portion of the beach along the coastal line & a 10 mins trickle ride from Tingloy Port, which you can reach via a 30-minute ferry ride from Mabini Anilao Port. (There's parking available at Mabini Anilao Port, and a market conveniently located nearby.) We're happy to share recent photos and videos of our Seafront property so you can see just how beautiful it is!
🏡 Our Facilities & Atmosphere
RNV House Transient offers a private and uncrowded atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful escape. There's no entrance fee, and we're even pet-friendly! The maximum capacity of the house is 32 people, making it ideal for both small groups and larger gatherings. We also provide a free barbecue area that you can use anytime you like.
💰 Accommodation Options & Rates
Here are our rates, broken down by room type and occupancy:
✅ Efan Room (Fan Cooled):
* Couple Room (2 pax): ₱1,800/night/room
* 3 pax / room: ₱2k/room/night
* Group Rate (4 or more pax): ₱500 per person/night
* Exclusive House (20 pax and below): ₱12,000/night
* Exclusive House (20 pax and above): ₱12,000 + ₱500 per person/night
✅AC Room (Air Conditioned):
* Couple Room : 2k per night/room
Up to 3pax: 2500/night/room
* Group Rate (4 or more pax): 700/night/pax
* Exclusive House (20 pax and below): ₱15,000/night
* Exclusive House (20 pax and above): ₱15, 000 + ₱500 per person/night
✅Kids Rates:
* 7 years and above: Full Rate
* 3-6 years: Half Rate
* 0-2 years: Free
✅Day Tour Rates (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM):
* Table Sitting Only: ₱300 per person
* With Efan Room: ₱350 per person
* With AC Room: ₱400 per person
* House Accommodation with AC Room: ₱500 per person.
