Happy Stays Good Karma. I posted several days ago that I agreed to the request of the AirBnB guest to cancel his booking WITH REFUND due to bad weather. While I can opt for a partial refund, I still chose the more generous option of giving him a FULL REFUND. I felt sad not only because it was a lost revenue but the uncertainty of future bookings due to bad weather.
In a sudden twist of event, in less than 24 hours, that same property was booked for an even longer stay. Despite the continuous inclement weather, my other rooms also got booked for longer stays, some of whom are returning guests.
I felt relieved and assumes that probably this is a Good Karma for me. Thus, Happy Stays is more than grateful to all our guests who chose our rooms as their safe haven during this bad weather. 😍
