🐢🌊 A Precious Journey to the Sea! 🌊🐢
What a truly privileged and unforgettable moment for us at Joshua Beach Resort! 💚
Last Sunday, August 17, 2026 we were blessed to witness the incredible sight of newly hatched sea turtles making their way toward the ocean—a beautiful journey that began right here in our resort.
We recently discovered that a mother sea turtle had carefully buried her eggs near our resort, and witnessing their successful hatching and first journey toward the sea reminded us of the beauty and importance of protecting our marine life.
Being able to witness these tiny hatchlings take their first steps toward the vast ocean is a privilege we will always cherish. It is a beautiful reminder that our shores are not only a place for relaxation and memories, but also a home and sanctuary for precious marine life.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the MENRU TUBAY, CENRO, DENRO and Bantay Dagat personnel of LGU Tubay for your invaluable assistance, guidance, and dedication in safely helping us release these newly hatched sea turtles into the ocean. We are also deeply grateful to the Municipal Agriculture Office of Tubay, especially Ma’am Nor Hanee Razonabe, for immediately contacting Sir Christian Caña of DENR, who guided us through a phone call on how to properly care for the hatchlings—even though it was already past midnight. Your commitment to protecting and preserving our environment is truly inspiring. 🙏💚
May these little hatchlings have a safe journey and grow into strong sea turtles that will one day return to our shores. 🌊🐢💙
